As an Account Representative for Krystal Pedersen State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer conversations. In this role you will be actively seeking out new prospects to quote and help grow our business through a mix of referrals, attending community events, networking, previous customers, incoming calls, online requests, and lead sources.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Find and quote new prospects.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Willingness to get Property & Casualty Licensed and Life & Health Licensed.
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
